There is so much to do! -- Full Planning package
Don't get overwhelmed with the details of planning your wedding day. We can take the pressure off with full planning and production services. When you want someone else to come up with creative ideas and find the services that fit within your price range, we can make your planning process enjoyable. All details can be handled for you, including ceremony and reception recommendations, vendor selection, contract negotiations, invitation and guest list management and production of the entire event.

Time is running out. - 'Month Of' Coordination Package
If you only have 1 - 2 months before your wedding day and still have so much to do, breathe easy. We help you schedule (and attend) your final vendor meetings, finalize seating charts, prepare your "day of" timelines and coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception (see below for typical "day of" activities)

Make my day go smoothly. - 'Day Of' Coordination Package
You can relax and enjoy your celebration knowing that someone else is looking after all the details on your wedding day with a critical eye. With this package, we start with the rehearsal ceremony and prepare your attendants and family members with their roles, practice the processional and recessional, and confirm music selections and timings.

On the day of your wedding, we coordinate the ceremony and reception activities. Ceremony coordination includes overseeing the distribution of programs, directing the processional, and ensuring musicians are cued. At your reception, we will ensure the room tables, favors and name cards are set up appropriately, coordinate with the caterer, musicians and photographers regarding your entrance, dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc. We will ensure all flowers, gifts, envelopes and other personal items are given to your designated persons.

Where do I start? -- Referral Package
If you just want to be pointed in the right direction, we will provide you with recommendations to find the ideal location for your ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner. Be confident that you are hiring a great florist, or photographer, or baker, or any other vendor you need.

Pricing
A Majestic Affair generally charges a flat fee for your wedding. Since each event is unique, we take the time to understand your vision of the perfect wedding day at our free "get acquainted" meeting. Based on the level of involvement you need and the specifics of your wedding, we provide you with a no obligation proposal.
